Terms of Service
Pre-Order Policy
All orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days before the selected pickup date. Orders placed after the close date for a drop will not be accepted. We reserve the right to close ordering early if capacity is reached.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the selected pickup window. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. Delivery is available to select ZIP codes at an additional fee. Delivery windows will be communicated at the time of the drop.
Cottage Food Disclosure
All Warm Crumb products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.
Allergen Disclaimer
Our kitchen regularly handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please review allergen information per product before ordering.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
