Refund Policy

Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the order close date of the drop. Cancellations after this window cannot be accommodated as baking preparations will have begun.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you received a product that was incorrect or had a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos and we will make it right. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please note that Stripe's processing fees are not returned with refunds.

No-Shows

Orders not picked up during the selected pickup window are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us in advance if you are unable to pick up your order.
